  My big brother has a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart, basically an Evolution X but with a smaller TD04H turbocharger. Well, he's about to buy, most likely, Tomioka Racing Turbo upgrade, as well as new exhaust manifold to fit the new turbo. This will put him up in the 300's in horsepower, and increase acceleration and top speed drastically. Now, he also is running straight downpipe, leaving more airflow putting his turbo at a max 21 PSI of boost. He is around 275 AWHP.
